Story so far — No fancy origin story. Just broke, hungry, read about Steve Jobs in a digital Magazine, that spark was enough. Started grinding at 12 — graphic design gigs between school hours. Got obsessed with iMacs, cracked open hardware, built and sold PCs to whoever had cash. Threw together websites way before “design thinking” became tasteless inclusion in the corporate PowerPoints. Engineering classes by day, freelancing by night. Failed fast, failed often. Startups died. Products crashed. Broke once again.

Met some great minds at Moonraft Innovation Labs, got a job, learned from the best. Built experiences for various top brands, and made a dent on the digital banking universe. Ended up building and running a UX design studio in South Africa within a decade. No MBA. No defined roadmap. Just war scars and output.

Then I saw AI coming. Dropped titles. Got out of my super comfort zone. Took the hit. Joined Lowe’s and —

• Building Style Your Space, Gen-AI based styling engine — launched two solid versions of interior spaces. Now styling outdoor landscapes, patios, and cooking up what’s next.

• First ever to be in the product discovery conversational assistant game Lowes.com/AI — laid the foundation, built the core. Went to the market as myLow.

• Replaced the vendors. Rebuilt Visual Search from the ground up,
  in-house, better and faster.

• Rolled out Visual AI systems and Evaluation Frameworks that made our core team and internal clients rethink how they worked.
